Making a purchase at TatuSpirit.com is very easy. You need only be registered in Club Tatu and follow the next steps:
1. Go to the product category you are interested in (Womens Blouses, Mens Shirts, Shoes and Accessories).
2. View the product you are interested in. With just a click you will be able to see the product description, its composition, sizes available, reference and price.
3. Choose a size and click the "Buy" button to add the item to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or finalise your purchase.
4. Once you have added all the products you wish to buy to your basket, go to the "My Basket" to check the details of your order. Furthermore, you can remove any product from your basket or amend the quantity of a product in this purchase summary.
If you have a promotional code, this is the time to redeem it. Enter the code in the "Do you have a promotional code?" field for the system to apply the appropriate discount on your purchase.
5. Click "Next" to continue with the purchasing process and enter the details relating to "Dispatch". Confirm your billing details, and enter the delivery address of the order if it is different to your billing address.
6. Once the billing and dispatch information has been confirmed, click "Continue" to access the "Summary and Payment" of your order. If you want to make any changes press the "Return" button to return to the previous step. Otherwise, select the method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal) and click on the "Pay" button to continue with the payment and to confirm your order.
7. Once the payment has been accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Also, by accessing your Private Area, you can check the details of your order at any time as well as request a return or exchange of a product.

In what countries can I buy online?
- Currently you can make your purchase in any country with which we have a logistics agreement for delivery of the product. This can be consulted in the purchase process. If you see that your country is not on the list, please let us know on info@tatuspirit.com in order to help you process it.

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
- You can pay for your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by making a payment through PayPal.
Why can my credit card be rejected?
Your card may be rejected for one of the following reasons:

DELIVERIES
Where can I receive my order?
- You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc.-never a PO Box).
How soon will I get my order?
- With product in Stock: 7 working days.
- With Product Sold out: In about three weeks from purchase due to the craftsmanship, care and quality manufacturing with which TatuSpirit works.
- You will be informed of both circumstances by email.
What are the shipping costs?
- Shipping is free for deliveries to Spain and Portugal..
- For most European countries the shipping costs are € 4.95 (as a standard cost), although you are advised to consult the purchase process for better accuracy.
- For other countries, check the shipping costs for the order after the selection of the recipient country in the purchase process.
Can I track the status of my order?
- Yes, through your private area, in "My Orders" you can track the delivery status of your order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Can I exchange or return an item?
- For orders placed in Spain and Portugal, the first change for the size, colour or style is free. After the first exchange, the relevant non-standard logistics costs will be applied. Ask about the conditions for each case on info@tatuspirit.com.
- For other countries the standard logistics cost allocated will be applied for the change the size, colour or style. Ask about the conditions for each specific country and region on info@tatuspirit.com.
- Returns may be made free in case of faults in the product and once the products defects have been checked by TatuSpirit. Otherwise the cost of the product will be refunded and the charge for logistics and handling will be made, which you may consult requesting information on info@tatuspirit.com.
How I can request an exchange or return of an item?
- Yes, through the "My Orders" section of your Private Area, you can access the details of your order and request an exchange or return of a product.
