We don’t accept returns for customized item. Follow this recommendations to select the right size:
- 1. Buy 2 units of the item (a normal and a customized one), we will offer a 30% in both
- 2. At checkout screen select the option. “Send separately for size check”.
- 3. We will send you the non-customized first, if it does not fit you we will return at no cost.
- 4. Once you have confirmed us that the size is right we will start producing the customized one.
** The customized item submission will be done 15 days after the order, or when the confirmation of the size has been done, in case you have chosen the option “ Send separately for size check”.
